Eligibility

Areas eligible for consideration under this Chapter are limited to those that: (a) have more than three (3) lot owners; and (b) have no two (2) lot owners controlling seventy-five percent (75%) of the total area. SOURCE: GC '48002 AS AMENDED BY P.L. 14-76.
