Final Disposition of Returned Report

The Commission may, after consideration of the changes required when a report is returned pursuant to § 69120, abandon the project or prepare and submit a revised report in accordance with the procedures herein set out. SOURCE: GC '48020 as amended by P.L. 14-76.
