Electrical inspections for the purpose of ensuring safety and code compliance, including the inspection of weatherheads, shall be performed by a qualified inspector employed or designated by the Department of Public Works or by a licensed electrician holding a current and valid license issued by the Guam Contractors License Board under applicable provisions of law, rules and regulations. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prevent a master electrician from continuing to perform such inspections, but such inspections shall not be exclusively reserved to master electricians.
