Regulations: Authority

The Director of Revenue and Taxation may adopt and enforce such registration regulations as are necessary and compatible with the public interest with respect to the substitution of one motor in place of another in a motor vehicle. SOURCE: GC § 23336, enacted by P.L. 1-088 (Nov. 29, 1952).
