The Director of the Customs and Quarantine Agency is responsible for the promulgation of rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law. SOURCE: GC § 47142 added by P.L. 20-025:1 (June 10, 1989). NOTE: P.L. 20-025:2 stated, as an uncodified section: “There is hereby created a Customs Inspection Fund for use in the enforcement of Chapter II, Title XLIV of the Government Code [this Chapter of the Guam Code Annotated]. Such Fund shall be kept separate and apart from the General Fund.”
