collect Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine Inspection Services Charges. The Guam Airport Authority is authorized to assess and collect, from air carriers, the Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine Inspection Services Charge for customs and agricultural inspection services rendered at GIAT. The Customs and Quarantine Agency is authorized to assess and collect the Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine Inspection Services Charge for Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine Inspection services rendered at the Port Authority of Guam.
