Penalties for Non-payment or Late Payment of Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine

Inspection Services Charge. If an air carrier, vessel operator, passenger, consignee or other applicable party is more than thirty (30) days delinquent in paying any Customs, Agriculture, and Quarantine Inspection Services Charge due under this Chapter, an interest charge of Ten Percent (10%) per annum shall be added to the balance due.
