There is hereby created, separate and apart from other funds of the government of Guam, a fund to be known as the Customs Forfeiture Fund (Fund), which shall be divided into two (2) accounts: one (1) account to be known as the Customs Local Forfeiture Account (CLFA); and another account to be known as the

Customs Federal Shared Assets Forfeiture Account (CFSAFA). The Fund shall not be commingled with the General Fund and shall be kept in a separate bank account, administered by the Director of Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency (Director). The Fund shall be expended as authorized by the Director.
