Authorization for Appropriations

(a) Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($495,000) are hereby authorized to be appropriated from the General Fund to the Landowners Recovery Fund for the uses specified in this Chapter. (b) Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) are hereby authorized to be appropriated from the General Fund to the general operating fund of the Authority for the uses specified in this Chapter.
