Creation of the Guam Aquarium Foundation

There is hereby created within the Guam Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) the Guam Aquarium Foundation (“GAF”), a non-profit corporation, which shall oversee the continued development design, construction and operation of the proposed Guam Aquarium.
