Any person violating the provision of this article or any rules and regulations duly established thereunder shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and in addition, shall forfeit to Guam any artifacts or objects collected. pursuant to P.L. 25-072:IV:13 (Sept. 30, 1999). However, Article 4 was not part of the reenactments of P.L. 25-072:IV:13. The specific repeal of Article 4 was done by P.L. 20-151:24 (Mar. 21, 1990), which repeal was never undone by subsequent legislation.
