Attorney’s Licenses

The licensing and control of the legal profession shall be within the provisions of 7 GCA Chapters 9 and 9A. SOURCE: GC § 16301. COMMENT: 7 GCA § 9101 (P.L. 21-147:2 (Jan. 14, 1993) transferred authority over attorney admission to the Supreme Court. This authority is now contained in the Organic Act at 48 U.S.C. § 1424-1(a)(7) (U.S.P.L. 108-378 (Oct. 30, 2004)).
