Guam Register of Historic Places

The Department's Historic Resources Division shall maintain a register of places found to be significant in the history, prehistory and culture of Guam. The Department with the advice and consent of the Guam Historic Preservation Review Board shall issue rules, regulations and guidelines to implement the Guam Register of Historic Places in an orderly and effective manner. SOURCE: Added as GC § 13985.52 by P.L. 20-151:10 (Mar. 21, 1990). Public Law 25-069:9 (July 8, 1999) repealed P.L. 20-151:10. However, P.L. 25-069:9 (July 8, 1999) was itself repealed by P.L. 25-072:IV:13(c) (Sept. 30, 1999), which reverted the enactment of P.L. 20-151:10.
