I Liheslatura [Legislative] Appropriations

I Liheslatura [The Legislature] may, from time to time, appropriate funds from the General Fund for deposit in the Guam Preservation Trust Fund. Such funds, when appropriated, shall be paid directly to the Trust. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 27-089:2 (May 6, 2004).
