Qualifications of Members of the Board of Trustees

The composition of the members of the Board shall be broadly based in terms of its members’ personal expertise and shall strive for a balanced representation of the general population. Trustees, and Trustee candidates, must be United States citizens or permanent resident aliens domiciled in Guam for at least three (3) years prior to appointment to the Board.
