Tenure of Members Currently Serving as Trustees

The current members of the Board shall continue to serve until the expiration of their term as set out in § 80105.3 of this Chapter and in the event of a vacancy, said vacancy shall be filled in accordance with this Chapter. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 30-190:1 (Aug. 28, 2010).
