Use of Federal Funds Authorized

The Department of Public Health and Social Services may receive and expend funds from the United States government for senior citizens employment programs. The expenditure of the funds shall be in accordance with federal requirements but shall be as compatible as possible with the Guam Senior Citizens Community Employment Program.
