The following persons shall not be eligible for membership: (a) Persons whose services are compensated on a fee basis. (b) Independent contractors. (c) Persons whose employment is for a specific project. (d) Persons who are employed in the Senior Citizens Community Employment Program. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 23-042:3 (Sept. 29, 1995).
