Francisco F. Perez (Gonga) Picnic Facility, Pago Bay

(a) The Recreational Facility being erected at Pago Bay shall be named the Francisco F. Perez (Gonga) Picnic Facility and shall so be named during an appropriate occasion arranged by the Director of Parks and Recreation in cooperation with the Ordot-Chalan Pago Mayor and the Municipal Council. (b) A plaque bearing the name of the honoree and other appropriate citations shall be displayed at a conspicuous place in the main pavilion.
