(a) Ipao Beach Park located in the municipality of Tamuning, Guam shall hereafter be known as the Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park. (b) Any provisions in the statutes referencing the Ipao Beach Park is amended to read: Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park. (c) I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, the Director of Parks and Recreation, the Mayor, Vice Mayor and members of the Tamuning Municipal Planning Council, shall cause to be erected appropriate nameplates or signs designating the Ipao Beach Park as the Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park. Further, at such ceremony as I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, the Director of Parks and Recreation, the Mayor and Vice Mayor and members of the Tamuning Municipal Planning Council deem appropriate, said Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park, shall be officially named and a plaque bearing the name, picture and brief history of the contributions of the Late Honorable Governor Joseph Flores shall be affixed within a suitable spot on above designated area.
