Same; Notice to Conservator and Conservatee

The Clerk of the Superior Court shall notify each conservator, his conservatee and the qualified mental health professional in charge of the facility in which the person resides, and the conservatee's attorney, one (1) month before the termination of the one-year period. Notification shall be by certified mail. If the conservator does not petition to reestablish conservatorship before the termination of the one-year period, the Court shall issue a decree terminating conservatorship. The decree shall be sent to the conservator and his conservatee by certified mail. SOURCE: Repealed and reenacted by P.L. 19-016:1 (Apr. 11, 1988).
