(a) Any patient placed on assisted outpatient treatment must be given a treatment plan at the time of discharge from inpatient care and placement on an assisted outpatient treatment program for a period anticipated being greater than seventy-two (72) hours. (b) An outpatient treatment plan may include, but is not limited to, (1) suggested medication; (2) individual or group therapy; (3) day or partial day programming activities;
