Initial Responsibilities of Court After Certificate is Filed

After the filing of the certificate, the court shall: (a) schedule a hearing on the certificate that will occur no more than seventy-two (72) hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, after the initial examination; and (b) designate counsel for the respondent no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the hearing.
