Enforcement of Assisted Outpatient Treatment Order

(a) An assisted outpatient treatment order’s requirement to maintain treatment can be enforced for non-compliance. (b) On the signature of a supervising psychiatrist, the order may be enforced either at the patient’s residence or at a treatment center designated by the GBHWC or its designee, whichever the patient chooses.
