Violence.
(a) The Court shall provide or contract for at least one (1) visitation center for victims of family violence and their children to allow Court-ordered visitation in a manner that protects the safety of all family members. Other governmental agencies shall cooperate with the Court and other organization in providing the visitation centers. (b) A visitation center must provide: (1) a secure setting and specialized procedures for supervised visitation and the transfer of children for visitation; (2) supervision by a person trained in security and the avoidance of family violence; and (3) educational and recreational equipment to facilitate positive family interaction.
