10 GCA § 84113

(a) After notice and hearing, the Administrator may and is authorized to suspend or revoke a certificate issued under this Chapter for failure to comply and maintain compliance with, or for violation of any applicable provisions, standards or other requirements under this Chapter. (b) The Administrator may initiate proceedings to suspend or revoke a certificate upon his own motion or upon the verified written complaint of any interested person. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections (a) and (b) of this Section, the Administrator upon finding that the public health or safety is in imminent danger, may temporarily suspend a certificate without a hearing for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days upon notice to the certificate holder. (d) Upon suspension, revocation or termination of a certificate the provision of emergency medical services shall cease.
