Department of Chamorro Affairs. There is created a non-stock, non-profit public corporation to be known as the ‘Dipattamenton I Kaohao Guinahan Chamorro’ or ‘Department of Chamorro Affairs’ (‘Corporation’) with functions, powers and responsibilities as provided in this Chapter.
