Issue. If the decedent leaves a surviving spouse, but no issue, the decedent's separate estate goes one-half (2) to such surviving spouse and one-half (2) to the decedent's parents in equal shares; or if either is dead to the survivor; or if both are dead to their issue and the issue of either of them, by right of representation.
