Exhibiting Ballot Box

Before receiving any ballots, the precinct board shall, in the presence of any voters already assembled at the polling place, display the locked ballot box. Thereafter, the ballot box shall not be removed from the polling place or from the presence of any voters until the polls are closed. SOURCE: GC § 2365. Codified as 3 GCA § 9116.
