Nothing contained in § 9134 of this Title shall be deemed to create a cause of action by an injured employee against any co- employee, officer, agent or director of the employer. The right to compensation for benefits under the Worker's Compensations Law of Guam shall be the exclusive remedy to an employee when he is injured, or to his eligible survivors or legal

representatives if he is killed, by the negligence of any other person or persons in the same employ; provided, that this provision shall not affect the liability of a person other than an officer or employee of the employer. SOURCE: GC § 37033.1. Added by P.L. 19-035:9 (Dec. 30, 1988).
