(a) Each active member of the Bar of Guam, as part of his or her dues for membership in the Guam Bar under the Guam Integrated Act, shall pay Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per year to the Guam Law Library

Fund. Said contribution shall be collected with the annual dues for the Bar of Guam and transmitted by it to the Guam Law Library Fund. (b) The fees described in Section (a) of this Section shall be subject to revision by the rules of the Supreme Court authorized in § 9101 and § 9102 of this Chapter. SOURCE: GC § 28511. Pursuant to the authority granted in subsection (b), the Supreme Court, in Promulgation Order No. PRM07-004 (Feb. 21, 2007), adopted the following rule regarding the annual fee transmitted by the Guam Bar Association to the Guam Law Library Fund: The annual fee of the Guam Bar Association payable to the [Guam] Law Library Fund in accordance with Title 7 GCA § 9212(a) shall be no more than $50, to be determined by the Board of Governors of Guam Bar Association, for each active member of the Bar. The annual fee shall be due and payable on the first day of March of each year pursuant to Title 7 GCA § 9212(b). The current fee paid by the Guam Bar Association is $5.00 per active member per year.
