Oversight and Coordination

(a) The Chairperson, in consultation with both Co-Chairpersons and members of the participating agencies, shall oversee the preparedness, planning, and provisions of the task force. (b) The task force shall operate in accordance with the authority vested in I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, as outlined in §1422 of the Organic Act of Guam. 2025 NOTE: Reference to the “Governor of Guam” replaced with I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan pursuant to 5 GCA § 1510.
