The Judicial Client Services Fund shall be under the stewardship of the Judicial Council. breakdown of funds expended for the purposes of § 9602 (a), (b), (c) and (d) and any other expenditures, and shall transmit such report no later than twenty (20) days after the end of each quarter to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan and each fiscal year, together with the Budget Request of the Superior Court for the ensuing fiscal year.
