Discipline may be imposed for any of the following reasons: (a) conviction of a crime other than a non-serious traffic offense; (b) violation of a rule of professional conduct in effect in Guam; (c) discipline imposed in another jurisdiction; (d) violation of any disciplinary or disability rule or order of any court having jurisdiction in Guam, or any law imposing a rule of professional conduct upon attorneys.
