The sanctions to be imposed in any given instance of a finding that an attorney is subject to discipline as provided in § 9A206, above, shall be determined by the Superior Court after hearing the recommendation of the Bar of Guam. Sanctions imposed by the Superior Court may range from permanent disbarment to suspension to a public reprimand. SOURCE: GC § 28056.
