§103D-1207 Annual inventory reporting by county mayors to administrator of the state procurement office. Each county mayor, before September 16 of each year, shall prepare and file with the administrator of the state procurement office an annual inventory return of all nonexpendable state property in the use, custody, or possession for the time being of the county or any of its officers.
