§206E-242 Definitions. As used in this part:
"Fund" means the transit-oriented development infrastructure improvement program special fund established under section 206E-247.
"Program" means the transit-oriented development infrastructure improvement program developed by the authority pursuant to section 206E-246. [L 2022, c 184, pt of §1; am L 2025, c 252, §5]
