§23G-20 Continuous statutory revision. The revisor of statutes shall conduct a systematic and continuing study of the laws of Hawaii for the purpose of reducing their number and bulk, removing inconsistencies, redundancies, unnecessary repetitions and otherwise improving their clarity.
