[§327N-1] Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
"Department" means the department of health.
"Hydrolysis equipment" has the same meaning as in section 531B-2.
"Hydrolysis facility" has the same meaning as in section 531B-2. [L 2022, c 294, pt of §2]
