[§329D-24.5] Cannabis cultivator; license required. [Section effective January 1, 2028.] (a) Notwithstanding section 329D-24, it shall be unlawful for any person to cultivate cannabis without a license issued by the department pursuant to this section.
(b) A cannabis cultivator license shall authorize the licensee to:
