[§431:10C-806] Insurable interest. (a) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a peer-to-peer car-sharing program shall have an insurable interest in a shared car during the car-sharing period.
(b) In addition to the insurance coverage mandated by section 431:10C-802, a peer-to-peer car-sharing program may own and maintain as the named insured one or more policies of motor vehicle insurance that provides coverage for:
