[§439A-16] Refusal to grant license or permit; suspension and revocation of licenses or permits. (a) In addition to any other actions authorized by law, the board may take disciplinary action against any license or permit issued under this chapter, including but not limited to suspension, revocation, fine, or a combination thereof, or refuse to grant or renew any license or permit for any cause authorized by law, including but not limited to the following:
(b) Any licensee or permittee who violates this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant thereto shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $2,000 for each violation. [L 2022, c 73, pt of §1]
