[§658J-14] Recording of hearing. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) an arbitration hearing need not be recorded unless:
(b) An arbitrator shall require a verbatim recording be made of any part of an arbitration hearing concerning a child-related dispute. [L 2017, c 113, pt of §1]
