Transitional provision

[§658J-27] Transitional provision. This chapter applies to arbitration of a family law dispute under an arbitration agreement made on or after July 10, 2017. If an arbitration agreement was made before July 10, 2017, the parties may agree in a record that this chapter applies to the arbitration. [L 2017, c 113, pt of §1]
