§88-187 Payment, conditions. The pension system shall require as a prerequisite to the payment of a pension to any person:
Any employee who had the option to but did not elect to become a member of any retirement system now in effect shall be eligible to receive only fifty per cent of the pension amount otherwise computed under this part.
