[§92H-3] Written requests. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a written request pursuant to this chapter shall be valid if the covered public servant or representative of the covered public servant's employer submits a request in writing directly to a person or organization; provided that the covered public servant has given written consent to the representative.
