67-2352. Definitions. As used in this act, the following definitions shall apply: (1) "Department" means any department of state government as defined in section 67-2402, Idaho Code. (2) "Energy facility" means any electrical generating facility with a rated capacity at location and at fifty-nine (59) degrees of more than fifty (50) megawatts regardless of fuel source.
