Declaration of intent for write-in candidate

33-2717A. Declaration of intent for write-in candidate. No write-in vote for library district trustee in a library district election shall be counted unless a declaration of intent has been filed indicating that the person desires the office and is legally qualified to assume the duties of library trustee if elected. The declaration of intent shall be filed with the clerk of the library board during the time period provided in section 34-1407, Idaho Code.
