Ancillary summary proceedings

41-3354. Ancillary summary proceedings. The director in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under sections 41-3309 through 41-3311, Idaho Code, at the request of the director or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
