39-3606C. Appropriation of environmental remediation fund — Purpose of chapter. Moneys in the environmental remediation fund may be used for annual legislative appropriations for the purpose of environmental cleanup and remediation and restoration in, but not limited to, the following areas: (1) To provide the state’s matching share of grants for remediation including superfund grants; (2) To provide for the operations of remediation activities.
